●Equipment necessary for project activities
●Non-eligibility of heavy infrastructure and large equipment (e.g., construction works, acquisition of vessels/cars, heavy machinery).

Access Conditions

●Minimum of four public bodies / not for profit private organizations from eligible countries and regions (France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain)
●Lead partner must be a public body, university, research or education organisation, not-for-profit, or international organisation under national law, located in the eligible region
●Profit-making private organizations can participate as partners (not as Lead Partner)
●Mandatory end date for all projects is 30 June 2029
